Do any academic archivists or librarians know how the Leadership Directory finds you? How do they receive their submissions? I "Bing-ed" myself, and found my entry, but have no idea how I got there: http://www.leadershipdirectories.com/nsybinfo/NSYBLink142.html.
The reason I wouldlike to know is that I want myself to get out there (in the online sense) more, and would like the locations of more sites like this.
